13U Boys Provincial Cup
The eight Grade seven members of the 14U Boys team played in the
13U Provincial Cup on Saturday, January 19, 2008 in Stratford and had
a fine day.  After losing the opening match 2 sets to 1 against the
Stratford Cobras, our team won all the remaining matches.
 
We ended up first in our pool. The top two teams in each pool were
re-pooled and we played the Barrie Elites and the Mississauga Pakmen.
 
After winning against the Elites, we played the undefeated Pakmen.
 
After losing the first set 25-18, our Tigers were able to pull off thrilling victories in the second and third sets 26-24 and 15-13.
 
Matches won: 4 out 5 Sets won: 9  Sets lost: 4

13U Boys Bugarski Cup
The 13U Boys had a fine day and won the Gold medal in yesterday's 13U tournament in St. Catherine's.
 
After forfeiting the first match of the day due to a shortage of players, the boys won the next five matches in straight sets.
This included the final match which we won 25-17 and 25-10 against the Marauders/Titans.
 
Well done, and congratulations to all.
